WHO IS RAYMAN CHAN?
 

Rayman Chan has cultivated a deep passion for wine over the past 19 years, beginning his journey in the industry in 2005. Starting from a strong foundation in Information Systems, Rayman combined his technical acumen with his love for fine beverages to carve out a niche in the wine industry. Over time, his interests expanded beyond wine to include champagne, whisky, and Japanese sake.

During the pandemic, Rayman took the opportunity to further his education and expertise in these areas. He earned an MBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he honed his business skills, particularly in areas relevant to the wine industry. Additionally, he obtained a diploma in Whisky, deepening his knowledge of this complex and nuanced spirit. Rayman also completed the WSET Level 3 Sake certification, solidifying his understanding of sake production, tasting, and cultural significance.

With over 19 years of experience, Rayman Chan has established himself as an expert in hosting corporate wine dinners, tastings, and educational masterclasses. He has orchestrated over 200 events at some of the most prestigious venues in Hong Kong, including top hotels like The Peninsula, JW Marriott, and Ritz-Carlton, as well as exclusive private clubs such as China Club, Bankers Club, Hong Kong Golf Club, Clearwater Golf & Country Club, Aberdeen Marina Club, Hong Kong Country Club, Hong Kong Club, Pacific Club and many Michelin-starred restaurants. His extensive experience and attention to detail ensure that every event is both sophisticated and memorable, catering to a discerning clientele.
